Planning a trip for six friends, Yuna saw five available on Saturday and started looking for accommodation. Only three could stay on Sunday. One friend's Saturday response meant a day trip, not an overnight stay. This is a fictional one-night trip example.

Ask about departure and return together
An overnight trip needs room in the following day's schedule too. Yuna opened the Saturdays and Sundays of two weekends in Pithup using Pick days only. The invitation explained that people should mark days when they could stay for the intended trip, not just visit briefly.
Days-only selection avoids filling in an hourly grid. It does not explain whether Saturday includes a Friday-night departure or whether Sunday includes an evening return. Put approximate departure and return expectations in the message.
Look for the same people on consecutive dates
Check who can attend both days of a weekend rather than comparing daily totals alone. Five people on Saturday and five on Sunday may be different groups. That does not mean all six can take the same overnight trip.
In this example, all six could stay for both days of the following weekend, so Yuna could shortlist accommodation. Dates dependent on changing a work shift or taking leave were marked If needed and checked again before booking.

A missing response is not agreement
If six people were invited and there are five replies, another schedule may still be missing. Pithup does not automatically check your invitation list. Compare the replies with the people in your original chat.
Keep someone who has said none of the candidates work separate from someone who has not replied. Whether to move the whole trip or go with fewer people is a decision for the group.
Check the dates and booking separately
Shared availability does not guarantee suitable accommodation, transport or a price within budget. Check those options and get agreement before finalizing the date. Booking terms and payments belong with the booking provider.
The announcement should include the return date as well as departure, meeting time and location. Settle the difference between a day visit and an overnight trip before anyone books.
