When2meet alternative
Paint your availability. Get a decision, not just a heatmap.
Pithup keeps the part of When2meet that works: everyone paints the times they are free. Then it goes one step further and tells you whether you can pick a time now, and who you would leave out.

Darker cells mean more people are free
Familiar if you have used When2meet
- Share one link. Nobody needs an account to respond.
- Drag to paint the times that work. Darker cells mean more people are free.
- Mark times as "available" or "if needed" in two colors.
What happens next
- The best times are ranked, with the names of anyone who cannot make each one.
- Pithup tells you whether there are enough replies to decide. If confirming the "if needed" replies would let everyone come, it drafts the request for you.
- A response deadline turns "still waiting" into a decision once it passes.
- Mark someone as must-attend and times that work for them come first.
- Copy the chosen time as an announcement for your group chat.
Easy on a phone
- Tap a slot to toggle it.
- Press and hold, then drag to paint many slots at once. A plain swipe still scrolls.
- Fill everything, then clear the few slots that do not work.
